By accessing and using HeroHosty's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. These terms apply to all users of the website, including without limitation users who are merchants, browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content.
If paying via credit card, debit card, net banking, PayPal the account will be setup immediately once the payment is confirmed. If paying by a cheque, please allow 5 days for the cheque to clear. If paying via postal orders or cash your account will be set up on the same day

Purchases where customers have applied a promo code or coupon during checkout are not eligible for refund.
You must add the domain name into your cart with the hosting plan. You cannot claim the free domain later.
Unpaid invoices may result in your web hosting account suspension or termination. Your suspended account will only be restored after clearing the outstanding invoice, after which you will be able to access your data.
No changes will be allowed while the account is suspended. This includes changing your hosting plan, billing cycle, domain changes, upgrading or downgrading services, or modifying any account settings.
HeroHosty provides web hosting, domain registration, email hosting, and related internet services. Our services include shared hosting, WordPress hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, reseller hosting, and domain name registration. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice. All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To access our services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have parental consent if you are a minor.
All services must be paid for in advance according to the billing cycle you select. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment systems. All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy. If payment is not received by the due date, your services may be suspended or terminated. You are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with your purchases.
You may not use our services for any illegal activities, spam, phishing, malware distribution, or any content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: hosting illegal content, sending unsolicited email, running scripts that consume excessive server resources, or engaging in any activity that interferes with other users' enjoyment of our services. We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. During maintenance periods, services may be temporarily unavailable. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your services immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these terms, non-payment, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your services at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to services will be discontinued, and all data may be permanently deleted after a reasonable period unless required by law to be retained.
HeroHosty's liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the month preceding the incident. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
